 This is a pretty old character of mine I used in group 2 years ago. I could've just submitted her old character sheet but I wanted to draw her again so badly XDD

Personality:
    People-oriented and fun-loving. Skye is the type of person to enjoy the moment and loves to experience new things. Can be very dense and pointless as a child. Any hero who plans on taking them with her must have a long patience to force the idea or point out of her. There is NO WAY she can make any decent decision even to the smallest things without anyone watching over her...Without anyone, she is but a lost child separated from her parents that has an uncontrollable ability to shoot lightning out of nowhere. Also, Skye has the tendency to cause a lot of accidents because of clumsiness and the blindfold thing that'll deprive her of sight surely makes it worse for her.
    She has the hobby to create experiments out of very unusual materials such as a dragon's tear or a baphomet's saliva. A talent that can become useful sometimes. What she can create is varied and impressive but most of the time it turns out to be a failure. Example, her hair tonic that's purposely created to instantly change hairstyle or haircolors for a perfect disguise could actually affect a person's thinking and thus creating a change of personality. If anything she makes actually works, it would be safe to expect the worse: side effects... very strange... side effects. Wheneve you're with her, always expect an accident.
    Her personality isn't much to deal with. Except perhaps that person doesnt have enough patience. It is very easy to make her cry or make her laugh. But, it would be safer to keep her from crying...... .... ...


History:
     Her home planet is Lochnovaer. In the area she lives in this planet,a small group of people was united unto a tribe that has the ability to manipulate water. Every child born from her area are sent to training sessions for years to enhance their abilities while they're still young. Water manipulation was the pride of the tribe. This has protected them from unwanted beasts that wander in their area during blizzard storms. They also participated once in a fight between villains and super heroes in the planet Jinxlar in order to promote themselves.
    She lives with her parents and a brother who has a powerful ability to bend water strong enough to create a tsunami. Unfortunately for her, during training, no matter how hard she tries she could never bend water. She was usually bullied by some kids because of her inability. Yet she did find out how to float like most children can do. Around the age of 10 she accidentally blasted a powerful lightning bolt from her eyes continuously without stopping for the whole 5 minutes after she was about to get attacked by a savage beast while she was playing around in the snow with her brother. Fortunately, her mother  was able to find out how to keep her from emitting lightning bolts by putting a blindfold on Zattasha. Her mother figured that her power awakened after Zattasha felt a strong urge to kill the beast and protect her bother and herself. Her eyes turned bright yellow as if her iris was materialized by light itself. A few days later, some citizen claimed that it wasn't a beast alone who was killed in the accident. They said a fellow tribe's burnt corpse was found near the area where the accident occurred. It was not long before Skye was being threatened.

Today, Zattasha stays in Hezch as her family told her to do so and promised her to come back for her. They claimed that Hezch would be the best place for her to stay than in Lochnovaer which has nothing but snow or in other planets. Zattasha promised herself that she'll prove to herself  that her powers will surely come in handy but she can't do it alone... She hopes to serve hero in her best. (I have not thought of this through w@.. sorry)

Power:
    Lightning Manipulation and she has the ability to fly :U.. Her lightning is strong but it's fresh so she has't got it under control.. The lightning that come from her eyes are the strongest... they are only strong because she can't control them.. Controlling it requires a lot of effort
She has a temporary weapon: A hammer and some experiment junk...

Weakness:
     -  Anything that cannot conduct electricity
     - Close encounter combat.. He was never trained for martial arts or any of the like... she's only 10. Her only way to counter it is with her temporary weapon.
     - Similar to a human's.... a stab, melee attacks... etc
     - Herself... She also has the ability to get herself struck by her own lightning if she's panicking or if she's starting to despise herself... like guilt.

Others:
    - Skye barely walks... all she does is float.
    -Her backpack carries various unusual things.. so don't look =w=
    -She's very very very light.. she's only about 38 kg
    -Seeing those who can manipulate water or ice makes her feel very envious
    -Small feet C:...  size 5
